Warranty Details
Our 5 Year Warranty is a comprehensive cover for any fault or manufacturing defect which may occur. Accidental damage is not covered under the terms of this warranty.
In order to validate your warranty, you must REGISTER YOUR PRODUCTS once purchased.
What to do if you have a problem
In the first instance, please contact us using the Contact Form
In the first 90 days we will automatically replace your product with a brand new one. Thereafter it will be assumed that this is a fault that has developed through use and we will arrange for your product(s) to be collected.
Once we have received your product(s) we will determine if they require repair or replacement, and endeavour to have them back in your hands within 3 working days.
Lost Parts
If you have misplaced or lost a component of your tripods please contact us using the Contact Form. We can arrange to replace the parts at cost price.
Accidental Damage
If you accidentally damage your tripod in any way, do not worry - we have a number of spare components available for such eventualities, and will only charge you the actual cost of manufacturing these components to replace them. We don't want you to have to replace an entire kit because you've smashed a leg or broken a hinge - we'll even do the repair for you free of charge! The only cost to you is the damaged component and £6.99 delivery.
Servicing & Repair Out Of Warranty
After five years, should you damage your tripod, or parts wear down or fail, please contact us using the Contact Form. We will then arrange to have your product collected and repaired. The cost of the repair is free. You will only pay for the components required to repair your product, and for the shipping to and from your address. For those customers who have REGISTERED THEIR PRODUCTS the replacement parts will be available at cost price. If you did not register your products, or are not the original owner of this product, parts will be available at retail price and the repair will be chargeable.
Transferring Your Warranty
This can only be done within 30 days of purchase in the event that the product was bought as a gift for someone else and the warranty pre-registered in the name of the original buyer. Thereafter the warranty is not transferable.
Money Back Guarantee
We give a 30 day money back guarantee on all of our products if purchased direct (not from dealers - please refer to their individual policies), provided that they are returned to us in original packaging and in showroom condition. We ask that you test your products upon purchase, in the comfort of your own home so as to minimise the likelihood of soiling the product. Damaged or soiled products will not be considered for return.
