What to do if you wish to return your product

It is rare that we are asked if a product can be returned, but understand that certain circumstances may contribute to a customer wishing to return a product. In the first instance you should contact us using the Contact Form or telephone 0844 272 7777 (option 2) explaining which product(s) you have and your reasons for returning them.

You will then need to send your product back to us - we strongly recommend that you utilise a reputable insured carrier. The address for returns is:

You will be required to provide a copy of your purchase receipt from us, or from the retailer where you purcahsed the product.
