Do you have a Downloadable Catalogue?

Yes! We will need an official request on your company headed paper, or dedicated email and will provide you with a link within 24 hours.

What is your after care service like?

We take the hassle of aftercare off your hands from the moment the product is sold. Customers with faults have a dedicated phone line in the box - they call us, and we arrange to replace the product within 24 hours (where possible). Alternatively the customer can return the product to you, and you can call us. Because we provide a money back guarantee we will require you to be able to refund a customer upon return, assuming the product is in "as new" condition, still inside the packaging and unblemished in any way. You, of course, will also have the right to return products under the same guarantee, though we hope this won't happen.

Does the customer need to do anything to qualify for your 5 year Warranty?

Yes! But you don't need to do anything. Customers need only go to our website and register their products. If customers don't have internet access, they can write to us at the address on the box.

Do you have display POS, and how much is it?

Yes we do, and it's free! Just let us know what you need and we can sort it out for you. If you require bespoke POS with your company logo on it, it will be subject to a minimum number of products purchased for resale.

Do you run demonstration days and training for our staff?

Absolutely. We want you to be able to give the right information to your customers, and will therefore gladly arrange to visit your premises and go through the products with you and your staff.

Can we visit your premises with our staff?

Of course! We'd love to have you visit, but you'll need to make an appointment.

How will my customers know about your products?

We are advertising in every relevant trade magazine in the UK and will have a dedicated page for all of our UK retailers on this website once Distribution begins. We are also spending a great deal on SEO and web marketing to ensure maximum exposure.
