We have a range of different people on our Pro Team and collectively their talent is infinite! It's about time you got to know another one of our members, Paul Sanders, a Fine Art Photographer and Mindful Photography Mentor.
Was there a single event that made you decide to become a professional photographer?
"Being told by my careers teachers at school when I was 14 that I didn’t have the silliest to become a photographer and that I should get into the real world rather than dreaming."
What is your favourite location to capture?
"Every location holds different appeals but my favourite place would be anywhere within 5 miles of home."

Social media – love it or hate it?
"I’m not a fan but sadly it is a necessary evil."
Favourite camera you have ever used or owned, and why?
"My Fujifilm GFX100s because it feels so good in my hand and doesn’t get in the way with complicated technology."
What’s in your kit bag & what are your essentials for your kit bag?
"Fujifilm GFX100s body, 23mm, 30mm, 45mm and 110mm Fujifilm GF lenses, a variety of Lee Filters and two batteries. A book of poetry, notebook, pencil, an umbrella and a water bottle are my 5 essentials for my kit bag!"
How would you describe your style of photography?
"Black and white squares of the world I am part of."



What is one thing you have learnt over the past year?
"That I enjoy yoga."
What is your earliest memory of handling a camera?
"When I was 13, I used to take my dad’s camera out while he was away and without his knowledge, I loved the thrill and mystery of processing my films and the simple beauty that I saw."
If you hadn’t got into photography, what do you think you’d be doing now?
"I’d have opened the UK’s first coffee house and made a fortune - but I’m happy as a starving artist who loves coffee."

What is one question you’d like to be asked and never have been?
"Would you like to have an exhibition at my gallery?"
One final question... What is the most random fact you know/love?
"The original Chupa Chups lollies logo was designed by Salvador Dali - I found this out at school and somehow it has proved to be the most useless fact but one that has stayed in my head."
